Home, Auto, Life, etc..I switched when my agent came over to them and have been with Emily for years, it's so incredibly rewarding to have a personal connection with the team that looks out for you, and even more important to be able to trust them. I highly recommend their services and have been happy with them since signing up!

Our recent experience with this firm was very satisfactory. We were seeking a quality insurance package to cover our home and autos. The agent quoted us an equally comprehensive level of quality coverage for less money than we'd been paying. All our questions about coverage were answered courteously. We are very happy with this company! Our agent Gina was absolutely fantastic!

I found Gina and Insurance Team many years back, after a number of years without a real agent. They've always done a great job for me, in spite of a few times where Safeco dropped the billing ball. But Gina's always known how to deal with them and done it professionally.
As to Safeco, I'm in the middle of remediation of a $50k casualty loss from water damage and the ice storm damage of last spring. They've been generous with their compensation and help in the process.
I'm delighted to have Gina and Safeco on my side.

Gina has always been extraordinarily helpful to me. I hate dealing with paperwork and she is always willing to just a little extra so that I don't have to. She's also saved me a small fortune on insurance rates. It's way better to deal with one agent rather than whatever customer service rep happens to answer the phone.

Emily Shaffer was AMAZING to work with. Just her happy tone alone was a huge ‘pick me up’ on every phone call we had. We had just bought our first home and had a baby on the way- insurance shopping was daunting and stressful. I tried going through my own usual company and the quote they gave me was outrageous. Emily found us an amazing premium/coverage combo and really made the experience a great one. Thank you again Emily!!! Sorry this review is way overdue 🙏🙏
