It has been a pleasure to work with Gina. She's quick with answers and very thorough. I've had a number of insurance agents over the years (I've got white hair) and Gina has been the been the best. Sorry we moved out of state, as I'd like to have her take care of our insurance needs here!

Time is valuable, especially when you are dealing with insurance. Emily and her team did things quickly and professionally. I reached out to others for help with this matter, but only her team got the job done. I highly recommend getting a quote. It was the cheapest as well. Wish I knew this from the start as it would have saved me even more time, but now I know.

I found the Insurance Team Inc website after trying to get a quote for a new bundled auto and home policy by calling a national agency, which could not help me due to the small side business we have at our house. On the ITI site the first thing I liked was the picture of the actual people on the team and then the fact that they were located right here in Beaverton, very close by. The description of what each of the members specializes in led me to be able to call Emily directly. She returned my call later that same afternoon and I was immediately impressed with how friendly, personable and knowledgeable she was. Over the next two weeks she worked with me to get four new policies set up at a very large savings from our old policies. I am thrilled to have an actual local person as my insurance agent, especially of her caliber, who knows my situation and who I can call directly with any questions or concerns, instead of just an agency where it’s someone different every time you call. And, if she is going to be unavailable for some reason, she has another member of the team as her backup. I couldn’t be more pleased with this arrangement and would give Emily and the ITI team my highest recommendation.
