I had a wonderful experience with an insurance agent named Emily Shaffer. She was extremely thorough and very polite. I called Safeco Insurance to add renters insurance, and she provided me with all the details. Emily treated me with kindness, respect and lots of patience in regards to my questions. I am young and I did have a lot questions! She handled them with the utmost respect and made me feel secure in following my decision to add renters insurance.
